Is Merkama open to the public?
Yes. Merkama is a commercial wellness center and gym. Members of the public are welcome on a membership or appointment basis. Residents of Berga's Luxury Living are welcome alongside other paying members.
What kind of treatments do you offer?
We offer spa and wellness treatments built around natural and herbal traditions, alongside holistic care services. The current menu is being finalised; our team can walk you through the available offering when you book.
Do you sell retail products?
Not currently. We use carefully selected products in our treatments and are developing a small retail collection. You can sign up on the Products page to be notified when it launches.
How do I book a treatment?
Treatments are by appointment. Use the booking form on the Spa or Contact page, and our team will respond to confirm a time.
Is the fitness centre included for residents?
Not automatically. Gym access for residents depends on the individual arrangement, including payment terms and length of stay, so it is not included by default. Members of the public can access the fitness centre on a membership basis.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Plan to arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your appointment. Your practitioner will spend the first few minutes understanding what brought you in before beginning the treatment. The visit is unhurried by design.
